“Most people overestimate what they can get done in a year and underestimate what they can do in a decade.” — Bill Gates

At the beginning of my career I though that work more hours will boots my productivity but I was wrong.

Time management is the process of planing and controlling how much time to spend on specific activities.

Good time management will enables you to complete more in a shorter period of time, lower stress, and leads to career success.

How do I manage my time now?

Tip 1:

At the begging of my work day I set the goals that I want to archive for that day and also add some extra tasks in case I finish my main goals.

Tip 2:

I used to start with the most difficult tasks that I have for that day, so I eat the frog (do the most important task first).

Tip 3:

I separate my time in blocks, so I spend about 3 to 4 hours on focus time and the rest of my time at meeting, reviewing PRs, checking DMs, etc.

Tip 4:

I take short breaks between time blocks and also every hour (go to walk, stretching, etc).

Tip 5:

I take notes. Taking notes is very important because effective note taking helps you to remember information and aids your understanding of that information.
