Becoming the best version of yourself requires you to continuously edit your beliefs, and to upgrade and expand your identity.

All big things come from small beginnings.

Become more aware of your behaviour by “pointing and calling”.

By simply creating a list of your daily habits.

The goal is to simply notice what is actually going on. Observe your thoughts and actions without judgment or interna criticism.

One of the best way to build a new habit is to identify a current habit you already do each day and then stack your new behaviour on top.

Habit stacking is a strategy you can use to pair a new habit with a current habit.

The formula is: After [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT].

This will help you to design a clear plan for when and where to take action.
