I’ve had an idea to write an article every day using AI

I wrote my last 3 articles using this strategy.

Nowadays we have tools to do literally anything using AI (almost). As we know, most of these tools still have a lot of things to improve, but they sort of work.

A few days ago I had the idea of generating articles based on Youtube videos.

All I had to do was copy the script and title, paste it into an AI tool with predefined instructions to generate the article and I was done. Maybe I still had to give it some extra instructions but, it wouldn’t take more than 15 minutes to do it.

If you run a scan on any of these articles you will find that over 90% are reported as being AI-generated.

Why is that? It’s bad?

These tools detects AI-generated text by measuring two properties of text called “perplexity” and “burstiness.”

These language models are just ingesting gigantic portions of the internet and regurgitating patterns, and they’re not coming up with anything really original.

The short answer is yes. Don’t let an AI write for you.
